Kelley Hazel, CNM
​Kelley is a native Arizonan and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! She fell in love with the birthing experience when, at the age of 10, she participated in the birth of her youngest brother. She went on to graduate summa cum laude from Arizona State University, with a Bachelor’s in Applied Biological Sciences. During her undergraduate years, she was exposed to the field of nursing, specifically midwifery. In pursuit of this dream, she then obtained her Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, with a focus in Nurse-Midwifery and Family Practice. She completed her clinical at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, and several small practices around middle Tennessee. She completed her final rotation at a family practice clinic in Phoenix.
In her spare time, Kelley enjoys spending time with her family, which includes four brothers. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, and swimming. Other interests include painting, baking, and diy projects.
Kelley is excited to begin her midwifery career with MomDoc. She is passionate about bringing quality healthcare to women and empowering women to have the best birth experience possible.
